Cheat software was detected

I've never cheated/hacked any game in my life, so I figure there's something else being detected that cheaters use to cover their tracks that I'm innocuously using for other reasons.

I've recently been playing the single player tarkov FIKA/MPT modded version, could something along those lines be detected as a false positive?

I'm not here to figure out how cheaters get banned, I'm just trying to figure out why I've received this message after like a month without playing.

Is there a log somewhere that helps me understand what has been falsely flagged?

Restarting my computer solved it. NFI what it was detecting, but im stiill curious if anyone knows what i can check
