One also has FSR on quality, the other on extreme performance. Pretty awful choice of videos to compare gpus imo
Either way both gpus will struggle for good fps in the game
You couldnt give a more broad statement. Name a game, what fps are you getting? Anyone can say that and complain their performance sucks. Reality is that the i5 6500 is very slow and thats why your performance sucks. Youd get more frames with a more powerful cpu, youd get more frames with a more powerful GPU
