What Classified as a Marksman Rifle?
I'm assuming LH1, obviously. but is there any other?

Looks like there's a bug at the moment. Only pistols count towards the 20 headshots with handguns or marksman rifles contract.

i have a headshot kill but that didnt count as marksman kill when i shot them with SR-84. i know i got headshot bc i got the golden bullet achievement
