Because most people are mediocre and have surface level interest in things and move on to other things when the novelty of being new wears off. The Finals still averages about 20,000 players which is very healthy for any game.

Is your experience with the game worse because that number isnt 100k?

but honestly, in terms of game quality, it is a very good game I can give up to 9

People get burned out. I absolutely love this game, but have played it almost every day since it released. Just need to chill and take a break.

I am sure there's plenty of other people who feel the same way.

The game takes a pretty good computer to run it decently. Matchmaking blows due to the lack of players and ping issues. ect.

I can only speak for myself. The reason why I left is that there is nothing to unlock for me at the moment and there is very little to play with... I finished battlepass and max level in 3 weeks. Light class is completely useless at the moment, which means that almost everyone plays identical builds and every match looks same or very similar. On top of that the ranked is unplayable... I wouldn't be surprised if a large portion of players left because of how bad the ranked system is.

Not because of any 1 thing but a bunch of reasons, just far to many other shooters that are main stream so they flock to them.
Though they first make sure to get every nerf they want in this game to ruin it for the few that stay, that is a given.

It still far more numbers then suicide squad though :D and that newer and DC
