Your heroes do not move quickly, do not have teleports, cannot fly. It was pretty boring if we are talking about movement. Time to kill would be about right, except that some weapons clearly can kill you in one shot. At least COD doesn't have that problem. All weapon are deadly rather than some being relegated to pea shooters and others to one hit wonders.
Though, this is just one of the problems. Another is of style. It is such an unironic attempt to be an esports game. It is bordeline cringy style.
Then there is 3 vs 3 format which heavily emphasises co-operation with random people. That will never work attracting new players in. Even competitive games like Counter-Strike has a benefit of having more players with greater solo impact. This means that a new player can feel better following others and feel more impactful when he manages to accomplish something on his own.
