Over EXAGERATED CPU usage
I've been following this game since it's bare bones, the day that it camed out it had it's server problems but after that it was perfect... Performance had issues also but it was a new release, they had to polish those aspects.

My CPU and GPU usage (i3 10100f and a GTX 1650 SUPER) runned the game without a problem... But since the Steal the Spotlight update launched, at ALL of the game modes my CPU was maxed out, no matter the case or situation it's maxed out without any reason

I play at low settings with FSR 2 Quality settings and it worries me a lot, since last time it made my Discord crash a lot of times and made my mic not work after some restarts.

I know that my CPU is just a little i3... But it never reached 100% of usage since that update.

It's Unreal Engine 5. It needs a lot of work.

It's demanding as Battlefield 2042 CPU USAGE. NUTS

After 2 months, we are still far away. I crash with memory issues.

I stopped hoping that devs would actually optimise games and just got a 5800x3d. Usually around 250 fps never below 200. That's a pretty decent cpu youve got, the game just is terribly optimised

I had the same issue, right after lauch the game was silk-smooth for me on my i5-9300h and GTX1650 with 16GB's of RAM. With each update, the game's performance suffered greatly and in the end it became unplayable.

I undervolted my CPU yesterday and it really boosted the in-game performance, because the issue was caused by high CPU usage leading to bottleneck. I suggest you do the same, it's pretty simple and effective.

Last time I played BF2042 in mid 2023 it ran not too bad... Of course with stutters but minimal...

Maybe, there are a lot of zones in the game that have a lot of detail that are pretty much useless on low settings

Meeeeh... I do not touch that kind of stuff, I'll just wait for a update to fix this, but if nothing comes out I will take your recomendation, thanks ❤️

pretty sure the high CPU usage is the anti-cheat. I have a 13700k and only 2 cores go above 40% usage though, the rest sit 20-30% or below, with a few cores not even used. I also play at maxed graphics settings too which will reduce the load on the CPU.

100% cpu usage with 5600X ... and 6600XT 60-90% usage
