Embark Support doesnt respond to my ticket

I lost my progress because of accidental account unlink. I opened a ticket to embark support website but i didnt get any help. Name of the representative is Rixx Retro. Please help so i can get my account back. Thanks

Why? Did something similar happen to you? Probably i am going to uninstall if i cant get my account back.

Guys, I managed to get my account back. If you have lost your account in a similar way, probably you gonna need your old Embark ID to get it back. (Maybe your old account information is kept on the servers even if you don't tell the support team, I'm not sure, but I forwarded that information to support myself). I reached the old Embark ID thanks to my friend. Even if you unlinked and re-linked to a new account, you can view your old account and Embark ID in your friend's list. After little chat with support they relinked my old account.
