Discounted New skins in the ingame store

I find it super weird they make these "sales" on new skins that goes almost to a 50%.
I remember when Fallout did this and it turned out that the slashed price was fake and the sale was the real price to drive sales.

Now this week we get a bundle with black guns that almost 50% off its orignal 3000 price. I cant even recall seeing anything in their store be that expensive ever so I wonder. are they gonna use ♥♥♥♥♥♥ fake sales to try to make us feel the urge to buy bundles sense "Maybe when it comes back later its 3000"

In my mind. Drop the "Sale" and put the real price up front and when it makes its return later on in the store let it be on sale or something. this just feels sus af

there hasn't ever been a bundle in the store with 8 gun skins in it, and bundle with 3 skins and a charm is 1350, hell some single weapon skins have cost 800

The price that is slashed in the store is the price of every item in the bundle individually, while the displayed price is if you buy it as a bundle.

that too, people including me asked for this. I just wish they would apply it retroactively to the old bundles as there are a lot of individual items I would buy from the old bundles.

It's a classic give an item an arbitrarily high valuation and then slash it via discount to make people think they're getting some sort of deal. Terrible and vastly overpriced even with the so-called discount.
