Hello Embark,
The placement system is a very good idea. It makes sense to have to position yourself before playing. However, it should be based on individual skill and not on wins/losses. That way, you avoid players who help other players up and you concentrate on individual level.

The Fame system was good. It's a shame not to be able to follow its progress. Valorant made the same 'mistake' at the start of the game and it became a very interesting system later on.

The matches are sometimes unbalanced. I'm good at the game, but my friends are not so good. Even so, I've played against the best players on the leaderboard as a Gold player and with Silver/Bronze friends.
I have high hopes for this game. You're good devs, keep up the good work.
