AMD X370 chipset. I have updated the Bios and Chipset drivers. Still getting it. I have gone to all the USB device manager and removed all the power settings to keep it to stay on. I have seen where it helps when doing the -D3D11 trick but it stutters the game.
did you try a new wire or port or other peripheral with the same wire ?
did you check your power management settings?
did you uninstall and reinstall your USB drivers?
This game has obvious (!) problems with input processing, because it can out of the blue - stop perceiving input devices (a mouse in my case), and because of this - for a few seconds - I lose the ability to shoot, or throw a grenade, or use any other gadgets.
Dependency - I found only one - this happens in busy scenes (let's say - several opponents in front of me in a fight, plus clouds of poisonous gases, plus destruction, etc.), and all this happens even with a 12-core 24-thread processor, which is never loaded by this game at 100%, because there is a performance reserve.
I have been observing this problem since the 1st season, with a cable connection to the Internet, but this also does not save from this bug. Just yesterday - I had a similar case, I wanted to throw a grenade into a crowd of fighting opponents who were 4-6 meters away from me, but I couldn't. I had to switch the grenade to a weapon, and back to the grenade, and only then I was able to throw this damn grenade, but the right moment for throwing, accordingly, was already missed.
I have not encountered such a problem in any game at all, both in online games and in offline games.
I updated all drivers, checked USB/HUB power settings, moved mouse to different hub ( front connector), updated monitor driver. idk if something I did fixed the issue but its gone now.
This didn't fix my problem, so i downloaded this program called USBLogView which records each disconnect/reconnect by device (this really should be a normal windows function but hey...), and i kept it running until i experienced the bug, it turns out it was a "realtek bluetooth adapter" disconnecting. I did the same to this and the problem seems to be fixed.
