wtf is the new sketchy korean anti cheat im not playing the game until it is removed

Is Korean software by nature any more or less trustworthy than western software? The anti-cheat it is replacing is just as sketchy as it’s always been, we have just become numb to it because it’s nearly impossible to play an online game that doesn’t use it.

It was only done because Easy Anti Cheat was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ implemented on Apex (a Source Engine game).

Every game on pc needs to have these type of anti cheats. Pc multiplayer has become a horrible hack fest. Don’t like it? Play on console.

I mean, it's kinda less trusthworthy because now you need to run Steam as admin for the game to even start in some cases.

Nexon vs Epic, dunno which is more or less trusthworthy, so NGS or EAC, it's a toss up. But running Steam as admin ? That's just ridiculous.

Yeah i saw something about it too, hope they remove that ♥♥♥♥. The game is fun but im not having the game installed much longer if they refuse to remove some invasive anti cheat. I have not even seen an offical statement from Embark.

all i say is , check your execution permission , my first start of the new update changed it , from manual to automatic ,so all exe files automatically execute without permissions

i done a bit of looking around about nexons security and its enough to know that ill uninstall finals and not look back , but enjoy its your own decision to game

CNS stands for Counter-Strike Nexon Studio, a real game I think made in the source engine that uses the Nexon anti cheat:
