Game launched just fine before. Now I get the UAC popup asking to give Nexon admin, I click yes, and the launcher instantly crashes.

When you say 'crashes' are you getting any error message? After clicking yes to the UAC popup for Nexon, The Finals startup splash screen briefly stays on screen and then silently exits.

Nah, has nothing to do with Nexon Turd Security killing the game. Just tried it to see if it works, but as I expected, it sadly does not.

Yes, if you can, great for you, but many can't and your "works for me" comment unfortunately doesn't help as it makes the developers believe everything is okay, when in fact it is not. No offence, but if you have no problems with this issue, then just simply don't comment. We need people to report their issues here and maybe bug fixes if there are any, anything else if currently not helpful.

That's not something you should be doing. It's probably actually quite a bad idea to do this.

I'd rather not play this game, as much as I like it, than do this.

It's not like many here care anyway but I do agree. I'm waiting on getting more information what this new "Nexon Game Security" is, not to mention I'm seeing reports of people complaining about performance decrease. I don't know but the timing is quite interesting.

There is an article on the help center with some info about Nexon Game Security (NGS)[id.embark.games].

Nexon Game Security is one of the systems we will be using for anti-cheat purposes.

The Team is also looking into an issue where accepting the permissions request doesn't work, and the game doesn't launch.

If that's so, then I trust you guys in that statement and hopefully, you can resolve this, because just like the MISSING_ANGELSCRIPT_STACK crash, this will cause lots of people to quit playing, I hope you guys realize the impact this issue has on your game's future. But I trust that you're honest and that you guys try to resolve this issue.
