I cannot play any game, I tried everything like restart both pc and router even reinstall the game, and also diabled the crossplay function.
I hope it will be a hot fix to solve this problem.

Same problem here, yesterday i was played and was fine, today I'm login and getting DC with code tfge0027 ; /

this error can be caused by having multiple skins equipped on the same weapon/utility at once (it happens mostly on mediums). Check all your contestants, if any of them have 2 or more skins equipped at the same time, delete that contestant and recreate them. However, today this happened to me and I knew my medium had 2 defib skins equipped, I just don't bother fixing it until it stops me from playing, but when I checked, it didn't show 2 skins equipped, but still wouldn't let me queue until I deleted that contestant. Also, they were having login and queueing issues about an hour ago that have been resolved, they told everyone affected to restart steam.
