The CMs on discord undoubtedly caused embark to lose multitudes of paying customers with their behavior. I've seen this kinda thing before in community servers except when we realized an admin is obnoxious, the community server owner would remove that obnoxious admin from power.
I know I'd personally be furious if I was employing people that were chasing away paying customers tbqh.
Though it seems to be an industry trend to hire the worst type of people, make them a mod/cm on discord, and then ignore the damages they're causing; kind of like government workers.
Yager had the same issue with The Cycle and it seems embark is desperate to replicate Yagers failed business model in every single way possible.
Never underestimate the power of the Swartz, a reset is possible.
It's a shame there's not personal forums. We could easily see how ban happy they are via a google search and would be able to clown on them. This was how old mods were brought into power because power tripping became known in other communities and prevented them from gaining new players.
