I deleted my account getting twitch drop (pls help)

I deleted my account while claiming Twitch drops, thinking I had linked it to the wrong account when they didn't show up. So, I hit unlink, thinking it was unlinking from my Twitch account. However, that action resulted in the loss of all my progress, money spent on cosmetics, etc. What should I do?
