He does not have a profile photo, he has 2 friends, his profile is empty of details.
He's a casual gamer, his son certainly not.
After a short analysis it seems obvious to me that this person is not lying.
But there will always be someone who accuses without evidence and at every turn.
All that remains is to determine the accuracy of the data that psb204 could provide and it is certainly not a player out of nowhere to improvise as a referee.
An assertion without evidence can be rejected without evidence.
1) Son finds a job
2) He works out 2400 multibucks.
I would suggest contacting Steam support for this one.
thank you for your suggest.
but I can’t contact Steam support because it's been 2 days since I bought the 2400 multiBucks
And now, I contacted Embark support to refund my multibucks.
If your son is under whatever legal age then its the parents responsibility to have better control of your kids online purchases.
Embark might be the best bet. I don't think Steam grants refunds for in-game purchases like in-game currency or cosmetics. Since it was a mistake, Embark might be able to grant a refund directly.
Best of luck.
