Noobs cried over the damage of RPGs, they nerfed it
Noobs cried over heavy shotgun, they nerfed it
Noobs cried over Light invis, they nerfed it
Noobs cried over Recon Senses, they nerfed it
Noobs cried over stungun, shotgun combo, they nerfed them
People wanted more solo game play, they added it
The result......
Noobs now cry they changed random things and the patch is garbage.
Name me one single weapon that isn't viable and I'll link you a stream or video of a good player dominating matches with it, go on I dare you.
Noobs have the attitude of 'I can't use it so it's not viable', just because YOU are no good with a gun doesn't mean its the weapon at fault, learn to get good at it or stick with a weapon that suits you

GL is my main weapon I use in ranked and I'm gold 4 from just solo queues using it.
Just because you can perform well sometimes with a weapon doesn't make it "viable"
A youtube video montage is not proof of viability because it's a cherry picked list of clips where the player was able to perform. Viability isn't measured by a montage you find on the internet and the fact that you don't understand that speaks volumes.
Same goes for the GL. Personal experiences aren't proof of viability, your usage and stats on the GL aren't relevant because that's 1 data point out of millions. Much like other competitive games, (I'll use Overwatch as an example) every hero in that game has someone who one-tricked that hero all the way to top 500; that is not proof that the hero is "viable." The difference is, using something bad, and performing well with it, doesn't make it good, it means you are defying the odds, whether through luck or skill doesn't matter.
All of that is, of course, assuming you're playing against players of relatively equal skill; The Finals, however, is too new for that to be the case. The matchmaker isn't perfected yet, and the general playerbase is so new and so inexperienced that we don't have a solid foundation on which to determine a player's skill. A top 10 player can get into a game with someone who had a lucky 10 game winstreak, it happens all the time.
You also didn't address any of my points about the bugs that have been in the game since launch. (Seriously why does the Defib block bullets????)
If you have read any of what I just said, then you'll know I don't want a random youtube montage video, because it's meaningless. But the weapons I'll tell you are simply not viable are: All melee weapons, the revolver, the 1887, and the flamethrower. The M60 is viable, sure, but it's just objectively worse than the Lewis Gun, so it's pointless. Same goes for weapons like the M11, it's a good weapon, but the MP5 is just better.
