High input delay that makes the game unplayable
I've been playing the game since the release trying to grind it, im currently top 100 and playing scrims and everything but barely can play it with this problem, i didn't have this problem in the last beta as far as i remember
i stopped playing lately cuz its getting on my nerves
I was looking everywhere to find a solution but look like i can't find any ..
in this game my pc render latency is very high which causing lag and noticeable input delay ( even when i have like 160-200 fps ), it can get high to 30 - 40 ms depending on the situation
I have no problem in other games like Apex, Valorant, Overwatch, Rocket League... the average render latency is around 2 - 7 ms maximum
the funny part is my friend just got a new pc yesterday literally the same as mine and he have 0 problems.. which i decided to post on reddit for the first time

PS : My video settings are all low also i made the necessary changes for windows that everyone else do

PC SPECS

CPU : Ryzen 5 7600x
GPU : RTX 4070 TI

RAM : 32GB 6000Mhz

Motherboard : Gigabyte gaming b650 x ax

PSU : Seasonic G12 GC-850

here is some screenshots about the render latency on this game compared to the other games

** and yes my video settings are low like everyone else **

You might want to at least link to the reddit thread you copy pasted from. There's no way to view the screenshots you're mentioning.

That's probably why.

You have a NASA PC with a 4070ti. Stop playing like you're on a laptop with intel integrated graphics. Crank that ♥♥♥♥ up and actually use that 4070ti proper
Replace that Ryzen 5, I experienced the same issues til I upgraded to a Ryzen 7. You are bottlenecking that 4070, upgrade to a 7 or 9 with 3d cache.

i have a 7800x3d and a 3080 and my render latency is very low on this game. If i were you maybe reinstall windows or just factory reset every setting you fiddle with because something might have messed up with your latency settings. Alternative just check your nvidia geforce settings for the finals incase you messed up on there.

Also make sure you using DLSS with nvidia reflex set to on.

i tried even high settings still the same, its funny cuz as i said my friend just got a pc same as mine literally, and his pc render latency is low

i think it only runs good on 3d cash cpu's, but i dont really know, it worked for me well and smoooth only 1 time but any other time i launched the game is weird (even with same settings that worked that 1 time)

Your potato cpu has only 6 cores, all of which are most likely getting maxed out by the game. Given that your video and mouse drivers are running on maxed out cores its causing a lot of input lag. You can disable SMT and set the game to run on cores 0-4 with process lasso (you will need to adjust affinity of the parent process that spawns the game process thanks to easy anticheat in order to actually change affinity) and then you can use this tool https://github.com/spddl/GoInterruptPolicy to set the affinity for your mouse and nvidia driver to the free core. You will lose about 16% fps since you're sacrificing a core for the drivers. You can try to also keep SMT on and make the game not use the last thread with process lasso and set drivers to that one, but I'm not sure if that will work, you'd have to test it and see if it makes the input lag go away while having performance benefit vs smt off (doubtful but who knows).

Also use Atlas OS instead of default windows garbage, that will help a bit.

i tried with optimazed os like ggos still the same ( i literally tried 4 different os )
i also tried smt off but my cpu reach 100% all the time so it makes the game stutter so basically its a new problem lol
the thing is as i said my friend has this same setup, and he doesnt have any problem thats why im really confused here

If your friend does indeed have the same setup and no issues, is your XMP on in bios? Also like I said try to move graphics and mouse drivers to a free core or thread as you will get a lot of input lag if the drivers are running on a maxed out core.

disable dlssg

I also strongly recommend capping the frame rate at some reasonable level. Input lag increases when your system is at high utilization.
Or you can use nvidia reflex instead.
