Report a translation problem
Most other games have this level of integration though. You can easily get to their steam profile. Some even allow you to add them directly on steam as a friend, not just in-game. This game you have to manually search someone up which aside from being a hassle, makes reporting cheaters that much more difficult and encourages people to use names with random characters from other languages that we don't know. Just had a blatant cheater that had a name with a bunch of what looked like Thai letters and Enjoyer on the end.
No I'm not that kind of person. Maybe you are though. Otherwise stop being so needlessly cynical.
It's more than enough to be able to add people through the game.
