"Maximum Simultaneous Game Instances Reached!" on launch

I can't get the game to launch. It does EasyAntiCheat, then the little window loads, then the little windows says this.

Anyone have any ideas?

edit: I just checked after a year and a half and others are having the same issue. Not fixed yet, great game.
