Anyone know what this QR code is about?

While browsing through the customization options for my gear, I found a sticker (HOLTOW QUOTE) with a weird QR code on it, and when I tried to scan it, it lead to a site with just a blinking red dot. When I clicked it, it changed color, and clicking it again just reverts back to red. Does anyone know the story behind this, or did I stumble on something else?

the discord has an entire channel dedicated to easter eggs. This sounds like an ARG to me.

the red dot is similar to that of recording something and if you open it in a new tab, you get a red square blinking, but the page title is 5.15.25 so some are considering it a date for something. usually when you record its a red circle and once pressed it turns in to a square for stop recording so i figure that it means something by Holtow will be revealed on 5.15.25 just a hunch though

The skin you get this with prints out literal recipets of damage and kills in the game i think that is used to record those kills
