Explaining why so many low skill players believe there's always so many cheaters in multiplayer

I virtually never really play multiplayer games anymore (never did much, anyway), I think the last online game I played was like half a year ago. I only started playing this casually because it was F2P, but it gets annoying hearing the same stupid misinformation ad nauseum from low skill players. This is just so people can see how massive player skill differences can be between the players you connect to with SBMM. You'll often find a lot of really trash players complaining about cheating, because they're just too unskilled to even really comprehend how they're getting beat so badly by much better players. If you're playing in EU/NA, then you're simply not encountering cheaters to the degree some of these fools are claiming (which is seemingly just about every match for them). I've noticed this trend in tons of games over the years, even when the player base is small enough that I would inevitably encounter them myself eventually if they existed to the degree getting falsely claimed. Instead, I'll play certain games like maybe 100+ hours & encounter maybe one or two cheaters....hell, I used to get accused of it constantly in Counter Strike by utter garbage players that are just completely useless, & know for a fact they're completely wrong; so I know 90% of it is just deluded scrubs that can't handle losing, & accepting they're just inferior. (Exceptions apply if you're in China or Russia with a much higher percentage of cheaters, but as an EU player; I've not encountered even a single cheater in this game yet, you'll also find a lot of other high skill EU players saying the exact same thing, so it's just completely laughable when people claim they encounter them nearly every match.

Anyway, at one I was playing at a proper professional level in the highest skill ceiling games like Quake Champions/Quake Live without even trying. A lot of the times I'd be playing these games after I came home after a night out getting pretty drunk.

I got to play 2 matches before I got put into a skill rating so superior to everyone else that I was effectively barred from playing with any other player online. It went from like 30 seconds to find a game, to literally never being able to find a game after just 2 matches. It restricted high skill tier players from even being able to connect to players with lower skill tier ratings....which for me; was basically the entire online community at that point.

Statistics don't lie. In almost every game with those K/D ratio, it's cheaters. It's cool you can flex, but you clearly aren't very intelligent when you can't look past your own skill when observing a problem.

Dude, you are talking out your a--. This can be an issue, yes. But, currently in this game, at this time, the hackers are blatant, like sitting on a roof with a lewis gun dropping player after player from across the map.

They were in my solo queue for ranked. I reported them every game.
I've seen people looking in the opposite direction as their bullets go behind them to hit me. Or when I managed to RPG one of these cheaters, I hid in one of the rooms in the vegas map (our team was 2nd place and just wanted to qualify), far away from the objective, come straight for me to kill me, he hunted down my whole team multiple times. It's insane how obvious some of these guys are and there are still ignorant misinformed andys echoing that it's a skill issue.

Firing through cover, through terrain, with perfect accuracy with unlimited range. I went and started a game in asia region to look for a hacker to post a new screenshot and this was the first game I found.

I met a cheater once or twice. one of them was using revolver and onetapping people from all possible distances. He ended up having a score of 31:1
so yeah, there's not that many cheaters in the game, however, they do exist and don't you even try to prove me wrong on that one

3 minute long game btw, just afk'd to watch what happened. People join, leave, and then backfill show up and die, then leave. It's cancer, and you're defending it like a clueless turd.

No he was using the akm, but it doesn't really matter, I've seen lewis, scar, sniper rifle, anything really be used for it. There is lots of this 'server shutdown' hacking, but even more 'playing legit' hacking where the people using the plugin zoom around playing the game 'like normal', but instagibbing whoever they come across, rather than just posting up on a tower and going crazy.

Same thing, these hackers just spend hours doing this in the game. How many dozens or hundreds of lobbies are they actively ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up? How common is it for me, an individual player, to find it multiple times in a row?

Get real. It's a problem, it's not imagined. This game WILL die from the mass hacking going on, and trash like you trying to run defense for the hackers will be complicit.

While I personally haven't encountered any obvious cheaters, I've seen enough clips of guys with Chinese names machinegunning the entire lobby from a random balcony that there's no doubt they're a serious threat.

In this case the name of the hacker is also some sort of social media profile where you can find him to buy the hack he is advertising.

The business model is to ruin the game for non hackers to the point where people buy hacks to rage hack in response.

Three games in a row. Not just quickplay, but tournament and ranked also. The hacking is so common on asia servers that the hackers go to other regions since they can't find a match without a fellow aimbotter, that's all (I suspect).
