fps drops

hi is anybody having fps drop issue
i've got rtx 2080 (i know it's not powerful) and i getting 65 to 40 fps with almsot everything set on epic expect foliage (1080 res) is there anyway to increase my fps?
i forgot the game only took 40~50% of loads on my gpu

btw im sorry for my rusty english

hmm weird the game only using 50% of the gpu , whats ur cpu ?

CPU? laptop? What power plan are you on, change it from balanced/power saving to performance/high performance. Watch your temps though, make sure you have enough cooling.

gpu temp:50~65c

Your cpu is getting beat like it owes the finals money. It's fairly underwhelming and the finals is VERY cpu intensive. That's your bottleneck, without a doubt.

clear shader cache, set it to a proper value and play on dx12 (in case you use any start parameters.. if they still work. i dont know)

It's possible you're having DLSS issues. Since this game uses DLSS framegen. Try turning your upscaler to TLSS/TLAA (forget what it's called exactly) at 100%. I was having issues until I did this. This turns off any upscaler.
