It's not a big issue all things considered, but the corner camping Ls can just continue to do so with 70%ish uptime, which is insane to me.
You can hear the cloaking noise from a mile away
And if it blends in too much, you can hear the light's footsteps when they sprint
And if you're deaf, you can see the shimmer.
imo... Cloaking is really bad. It also gets super hard countered by sonar grenades and recon sense in a very very hard counter kind of way.
And... honestly even if they get the jump on you, half the time you can kill them anyways because they have 150 HP.
I do believe it's not much of a competitive choice. It just irks me how insanely much up-time they get from the ability. It's no secret I despise "partial invisibility" in any game.
I'd rather see them get full invisibility with more subtle cues but as an actual tactical commitment than what we have right now: constant but weaker stealth.
My problem isn't the fact that I can't deal with it. See above.
Nerf stealth and buff light in another way.
Let them use only 1 stealth skill.
As well as the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pistol that does the same damage as the magnum... nonsense.. it should not be lethal as it.. tough you need few bullets more but it's nonsense that a light can kill a medium with a pistol with few shots while you need a whole cardige of the AK to kill it (counting only body shots)
