Because, as has been answered in these forums hundreds of times (there's a search function), and was stated on the BP page so clearly that a blind man couldn't have missed it, outside of a few select items, the beta items were never intended to carry over. They were testing the BP and Shop functionality.

There were only a handful of things that were going to carry over. They were marked as permanent rewards. There were the CB1, CB2 and OB clothing and weapon skins, which are in game and unlocked, provided you did actually unlock them during the beta (you had to actually 'buy' them with the BP tokens or whatever they were called at the time)

If you know you unlocked things which are now missing, then I'd say submit a ticket. Expecting ANY publisher or dev team to actually check the cesspool that is the Steam forums is kinda ridiculous.
