This stun gun does not work?!

I use it and actually hit people then I dash past them while they just casually turn and kill me...wasn't the purpose of this gun to make you extremely slow so that you cannot 1v1?

Just making someone extremly slow dowsn't mean the can throw there mouse away to turn around and kill you. You are light, you die pretty quickly and if you say you dashed to him, which means you engaged close combat. Hipfire is pretty good in close range. Keep a bit distance and hit those important shots

stun gun was too OP. It was basically a free kill. Now when you get stunned, you can at least turn, just slowly, it's up to you to stay behind them.

you cant use gadgets while beeing stunned but you can still shoot hipfire.

It was changed. You have to tailor it to your setup. I didn't know they had changed it and was using the sword. They were getting the kill on me because they could turn around and pop me. I swapped to the sawed off shotty and can usually get the kill. Not always so it's never a free kill like it was previously.

I find it very handy to catch those other light players running ahead of me with the cashbox. :)
