You realise that 125hz is miserable for moue polling rate
It's razer synapse causing you the stutters , not mouse polling rate (or if u have a REALLY low cpu)
but your mouse performs worse
to offer up some suggestions I found that could work:
1. Do not use the front USB ports of your case.
2. unplug any USB HUBs and only directly connect necessary devices into the motherboard usb ports in the back.
3. Update your BIOS and chipset drivers to the latest version. (get them from your motherboard suppliers official website) (some of them specifically mention USB Stability fixes, this fixed the issue for some users, but not all)
4. If its only a specific USB device that disconnects / Fails: Go to device manager and find the USB Device, then right click -> Properties -> Power Management -> Ensure that "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" is DISABLED.
5. pulling rate adjustment - lowest; More common or not that the issue occurs with flicking/quick movements thus lowering the pulling rate could potentially help.
Best of luck!
