Low and Epic no Raytracing give me the same FPS (around 50-80)

If upping video settings doesn't increase your FPS it generally means you're CPU bound, maybe because you only have an i5? (without having looked at the min specs etc) or if something else is hogging your cpu.

I don't know, my PC is slightly better than the recommended specs.

It doesn't run badly, I'm averaging 60-70fps so it's more than playable but I mean Cyberpunk at Medium-High settings with Raytracing on runs as good as The Finals with everything on Low...

10th gen i5 shouldn't be a problem, I just think it's poorly optimized, even top tier PCs don't run it that well...

It’s running okay for me on an i7-12700k and an RTX 3080. Everything’s on High with one thing being on Medium. Getting about 100-120 fps.

I can speak with 100% certainty that no, it's not well optimized. I can run VR games and Triple A games with high graphics enabled just fine. This one however takes *forever* to load upon start up and has to be played at medium graphics to get a consistently good frame-rate with only occasional drops.

my cpu and my gpu both arent fully used.
my cpu is 3700x +3060ti . could be stronger cpu but ive got 200+ fps in apex, 150+++ in cs2, whilst i have 90-130 in finals.
90-130fps is similar to what im getting in rust.
rust is known for poorly optimized cpu performance.
but luckily at the same time game still feels good on 100fps. which not every game does.

so yes, definately cpus could perform better in the finals.

You have to understand "other games that look similar" aren't this game. There is a lot more going on than what you think you see, all the rendering of destruction etc.

1080p, Ryzen 5 5600x, RX 6700xt, I get steady 165 FPS (My monitor's refresh rate)

Problem is I get steady 100% CPU usage during matches, which is unforgivable. None of my other games running at ultra settings does this.

The Finals is CPU Bound, if your GPU Utilization is not 97-99 it's CPU bound, that does NOT mean your CPU have to be at 100% you can see that in Ressource Manager and Taskmanager, if you reach the region where your GPU isn't fully utilized, you won't gain much if any FPS anymore, also changes between 1080p, 1440p, or 4k won't matter much, since the GPU is not the issue then, but the CPU is.

i have a i13900k at 5.6hz and 4090 and with everything epic and dlss set to dlaa so native 1440p with the AA im getting like 180fps sometimes 200 depending on map tho i did put ray tracing down to low just becuase heat for this game is needing some work for the cpus

no the points of questions like ops is you list your specs and everyone else can get an idea of performance just becuase you may not have a 4090 or the 40s doesnt mean someone else may not want to know what to exspect .

It's barely playable for being an FPS and I don't think it wasn't their intention to make this game this heavy. Changing settings change things very little, that's why I'm saying it's poorly optimized. My rig ain't the best but come on it's not bad to the point a game like this feels clunky even at high frames. It's a shame because the game is fantastic

i dont know much about computers but isnt a i5 really old now ? this games very cpu heavy i have a i13900k and my heats 10c above anygame iv played and i play alot of games on epic
