Report a translation problem
1. Remove the antivirus.
2. Disable the firewall
3. Change the DNS server on the computer, 64.6.64.6 and 64.6.65.6, respectively.
4. Clear the cache via the command line (on behalf of the administrator), the command is ipconfig /flushdns.
5. Restart the computer.

The issue is that downloading the game through Steam is not sufficient.
You have to link your Steam through https://id.embark.games/id/sign-in - which it doesn't state anywhere. We literally had to find out through an individual's answer through their Discord. It shouldn't be this hard to, but oh well.
