ADS while reloading

Is it just me who gets annoyed that you can ADS while reloading.
Usually in games you can only ADS when you're done with the reload, so when it lets me ADS I think that I'm done reloading but instead I get decreased movement speed and the only advantage is that you can start aiming while reloading but I've never wanted to do that.

It's kinda useful if you want to reload while keeping your eye locked onto an enemy's position, but it does throw me off a bit, yes. I do wish there was an option to disable it.

Yeah it can be nice but I mostly find it annoying when in a semi-close range fight and you get slapped with the decrease in movement speed.
