Do you have your fps capped via the nvidia control panel?
I know the 13900k is higher performing processor, but I wouldnt think you would be THAT limited... if your FPS isnt limited in the nvidia control panel though, its either your cpu is choking you (shouldnt be), or you are having some type of other issue.
but now it will jump from 95 to 130.
I wonder what there is such a setting as "NVIDIA DLSS frame generation".
enabling these settings raises the fps to 230. But I don't feel any improvements
