Does this game still use AI voice actors?

My friend told me that the game has ditched its AI voices and hired real voice actors. Is this true? I'm not finding anything online documenting this. Does it actually have real voice actors now or are they still using AI voices?

that's just nothing. stop being silly. if you want to defend ai garbage do that. if you want to make arguments for or against the use of ai in art do that.
i think the use of ai in art is unethical especially when you don't tell the consumer. this leaves a sour taste in my mouth more than the fomo shop. hence i will never give them my money. the game does seem fun. but damn that's just disgusting in my opinion.
i guess it also depends on what ai model they use. if it's from 100% consentual voice actors they use their base on then fine, but it's probably stolen artwork(voices) used to then profit.
hence the ethical problem here for me. just like with any ai "art" it's made from stolen content with no credit to the original artists, and then if it's used in a commercial product that makes it even worse.
if you don't care about that or see it as a problem that's fine.
but please go on youtube and search "logic 101" make better arguments for your own belief! :)

Except that I made it clear that I am not some AI bro extremsist. I have stated that AI should be fine as long as used within reason. I have stated several times that professional voice actors were used to train the AI for this game, and as long as those people who were used to train the AI get residuals for their efforts, then I don't see the issue.

You clearly haven't actually been paying any attention to the counter-points that have been brought up and you just want to ramble for the sake of looking like a good, ethical person. All of what you posted is all just emotionally charged nonsense and not based on any logic other than "AI is bad because jobs lost" even though people lose their jobs every day for many reasons other than AI. Over 9 million people in the USA lost their jobs during the COVID-19 pandemic because "we need to protect everyone from a virus that most infected users have a 99% chance of surviving from", yet I'm willing to bet you didn't say anything about that, did you?

There's no point in me trying to debate with anyone in this thread because everyone has already made their mind up.

Do you realize that if they had just hired real voice actors that there'd be no other problems with this game? It's frustrating as hell that this decent FPS game has to have sh*tty AI in it. Have higher standards for the things you play. Demand better.

You're going to constantly be hearing the announcers and characters voices in every single match you play. It's not a small part of the game at all.
