If you could even get that somehow recorded we could probably figure out if it's a memory leak or something else and if it happens in specific spots in monaco, situations etc.
Same for me. Try clearing your shader cache. In AMD Software go to Gaming, Graphics, scroll to the bottom and hit Reset Shader Cache. See if that helps. Nvidia has an equivalent somewhere in their software.
worked for me, all the stutters gone after that.
Literally I have below min. specs and the game runs fine for me at 60-70 fps with some hiccups here and there. I'm working with :
AMD ryzen 5 1600x GPU (yes you can bully me for having a grandma cpu)
AMD Radeon R9 380 series GPU
and 16 gb of memory
I do also experience the momenterally freeze and idk how to fix it anymore xD. Have you found a resolution by chance?
100 % smooth at all epic settings on a 4080 an 13600k
