low fps with rtx3060

i have somewhat okay pc with rtx 3060 and ryzen 5 3500x cpu and 16gb ram. game sometime drops to 50-60 fps and its very disturbing with a 144hz monitor, so is there anything to fix this problem? (info: my friends are getting a much better fps than me for some reason. also my drivers are updated as well, nothing on that department.)

I play on the same gpu paired with a ryzen 3700x and 32 gigs on a 1440p ultrawide
I am getting around a 100 fps.
so your gpu is not the weak link here.

played just fine yesterday with 100+ fps epic settings and balanced fsr 2.0 on 4k 144hz. today im getting 50-70fps stuttering badly.

Yesterday before hotfix i had 144 fps stable with rtx 3060 12 gb ram now its around 70-80

Something def happened my 2080 was doing well with on epic now even on lowest settings cant get to 100fps

So the game is more CPU heavy? Become I played the beta with my I3-8350k and 1660 super and got stable 80-100 fps and now I barely get 30 with everything on low and fsr

The recent update make the game more worse tho, I also use 3060 but the game feels abit laggy and shutter a lot

I get like 100 fps and I'm on a GTX 1660 Super lmao (and 32 GB of ram). I'm on max graphics except global illumination.
You're likely having issues with external programs hogging ram.
It could also be your processor. If you don't mind me asking, what processor do you have?
If anything, I'd recommend experimenting with your graphics settings to find a balance you are fine with.
