I constantly have this issue with multiple Direct X12 games and I think its Windows 11 with AMD drivers or intel processor to blame? I have to downgrade games to use DX11 and it just causes FPS drops.
I'm sick of this for all of my DX12 games, I've followed tons of tutorials and registry edits to fix it but I found someone saying reinstalling Windows should fix it, and if that doesn't work wiping my drive and installing Windows 10.
I'll let you know if it works.
The FIX:
Download and install the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility.
After that you must turn off Visualization-based security (VBS) to use the Utility.
In the app, turn the offset down a few levels. For me, I turned it down from 53x to 52x or 51x and it fixed every single game. If you have an i9, you can turn it down from 55x to 53x. No more crashing. No more Unreal errors.
I’ve pasted a URL below for instructions:

This may not be the only solution but it was for me after months and months. Good luck to you all. Hope this helps.
It works. Thank you!
