i5 9600k 100% usage

I saw this processor as recommended, so I thought it would run this game smoothly with the rtx 3060. But even at the lowest settings my processor stays at 100%, causing fps drops. The processor is overclocked to 4.30 GHz, I tried fps cap but it doesn't help.


pc specs:

CPU: Intel Core i5 9600KF
RAM: 16,0GB Dual-Channel Fury 1332MHz
GPU: NVIDIA MSI gaming Z trio RTX 3060 12GB (MSI)

I played in 1080p without dlls to avoid stressing the CPU.

my i5 8600k @ 4.7ghz also sits pegged at 100% regardless of settings
but performance is fine, getting like 80-90, stutters are minimal
Tho i will say this game runs my cpu way hotter then any other game
talking like a 20c difference.

Same problem here)

My specs are:
9600k @ 4.8 GHz
4070 @ stock
lowest settings
2k res + DLSS (balanced)

With all this, CPU is still a bottleneck and frame time is extremely unstable (i cant even aim properly in cc), though the average fps still holds at ~120.

ryzen 3 3100 OC to 4.2GHz(i know its not the greatest but during the last playtest performance was good not high cpu usage)
rx 6600
32gb ram

whatever devs did after the last playtest ruined the cpu performance.
