How do you unlock sights for weapons?

There are no sight unlocks-- buy the gun with sights.

Press RMB to unlock sight from hip to face

i have play over 80 games and suddenly i see one teammate Light char to use the sniper with 10x scope , i dont remeber from others games, the name of the scope, but actually has a very s"small screen zoom with A LOT OF ZOOM DISTANCE , so this player even cheating or know the real mechanis
