I solved the problem for myself, after a play test I reinstalled Windows because it didn’t work well, I installed the Windows build Ghost Specter Windows 11 Superlite Version, it doesn’t have almost all the components for normal operation of Windows, the only thing this build is good for is watching YouTube, but I somehow played cyberpunk 2077 on it, I installed normal Windows and the finals started for me, I even completed some achievements, you can check

I also use ghost spectre. But i got a little confused....are you telling that you removed ghost spectre and installed normal windows?

I installed not the most stripped-down version, but the very first one during installation, and the game works

I had WINDOWS 11 PRO SUPERLITE SE DEF, the game didn't work on it, I installed WINDOWS 11 PRO - COMPACT + DEF the game worked
