Quick Play - connects to ongoing games
Apart from first the 2-3 matches I played, now every time I join a quick match game, I join an ongoing match, not starting from 0-0-0, but from 10 000 - 0 - 0 for example, losing/winning from the start. Does this works the same for you?

Now game joins me to a match with an empty team - my team, or enemy/enemies team. What the f?
