Please refund my 1150 gold coins

I topped up my coins, I bought Game Pass, but I made a mistake, I want to buy a starter pack, I want a refund to my account, let me buy it again I don't need a pass because 1150 Buying a starter pack will give me 1150 Let me buy a pass It makes me feel unfair I need a refund to buy again thank you. I've had the same problem. I added funds through the menu that popped up after i clicked to buy the bundle, so i had assumed when my credits got added, they were from the bundle, and i went to buy the battlepass right after. Turned out it didn't buy the bundle. I contacted support, and mentioned several times i don't wish to get a refund, but just to unlock the bundle. I don't need the coins. But they responded saying:

"We appreciate you taking the time to contact us about a refund. However, I'm afraid to say that in-game transactions are irreversible and cannot be refunded. As such, we encourage you to utilize your Battlepass to earn exclusive rewards whenever you progress."

I don't know why they said i contacted about a refund. I mentioned several times that's not what i'm contacting for. It kind of feels like an automated response even.

its in the shop, its the glossy purple skins for the guns with the #1 sticker. its 1150

He's not going to give you a bundle

Someone on Steam Forums said they allegedly got a refund for the BO from Embark. Either lying or got lucky.

There is a Starter pack in the store that you can buy and gives skins and also gives the same amount of ingame currency back. Basically it's "free extra skins" for the price of the money of a battlepass that you spend and get back immediately. It's a hook marketing strategy pack. It's a bit silly it isn't included already in BP. Only causes confusion in customers.

like everyone has told you several times, just play the f-ing game, get the coins from the battlepass, buy the bundle and then save the coins from the bundle for the next battle pass, it's not rocket science.
