i7-10700 has 95 in FHD, 3070Ti feels good though.

Yep its melting my Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10850K CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz. I dont have this issue with any other game. I tried lowering the game settings and still didnt help. I also use a 1080GT 8gb ddr ram

My Ryzen 7 5800X CPU Never got above 50c... you guys need to clean your PC out

The game is a high CPU usage game more than a GPU usage, meaning that it will requires more from the CPU than the GPU. 74-86°C is kinda fine, but I suggest you to change your thermal paste and make a cleanup of your fans and stuff.

Same for the others that are saying that your CPUs are melting. The game is CPU ressourceful, if you don't play at 1080p or 720p I suggest you to use AMD FSR to reduce also CPU and GPU usage

ok very nice temps for you.

but are u playing on maxed out settings with Raytracing maxed? and dlss + frame gen off?

I have an i7 9700k stock and it runs just as cool, if not a bit cooler, than any other game that peaks my CPU usage. Max settings, DLSS Quality, 3080 and a 240mm AIO.

So I figured the issue for me is running it on DX12. I put -d3d11 in the command line and the game runs at 70-80c for me now. Right click game in library > copy paste -d3d11 in startup

regardless of any settings combination I use, my CPU utilization only goes to 45-51% so very little heat is produced.

(also I have a custom water loop so cpu/gpu temps will be lower than most)

indeed i get steady temps of 74c to 78c even with all low settings

I want to specify that I play at 2560x1080p, everything maxed out, even ray tracing and without DLSS. FG active since without it I get 110 fps and with it around 190, so I wanted to improve smoothness and having the input lag of 110 fps
I really suggest you to buy and AIO solution for your CPU cooler or maybe just change thermal paste. Best of luck with your temps!
Hopefully you'll fix the issue :praisesun:

i9 9900k here, and hit for the first time 100%
(80-100% in game )

I use ‎ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II 360 A-RGB as AIO btw

yes after the beta it's making my cpu and gpu go nuts (80c average after 30 min playtime)

Every other game I play that requires a lot from gpu/cpu doesn't amp it up that much.
