Because I have the same problem as many others. When I start the game, it has errors, crashes, Out of Video Memory, unable to enter the game.

I noticed that it usually happens with high speed CPUs 13th-14th i7-i9.
I had the same problem when creating the shader in the game "The Last of Us Part I".

So I tried underclocking the CPU and it worked.

You don't need to go into the BIOS to configure complicated settings. Just go into the power options settings in the control panel and change the value to power saver.

Your CPU clock will be locked to a lower speed. After that, you enter the game. You will find that you have entered the game successfully.

After that you can go back and set the power options back to High perfomance.

Have fun with the game.

I found that I couldn't set the power options to High perfomance after entering the game. When I set it to High perfomance mode, I couldn't play in the various modes. Then the game crashed and there was a pop up unreal engine notification.

Then I tried changing it to Balanced mode and I was able to enter the game. and can play various modes without the game crashing

I don't understand why. But it worked for me.
You should give it a try and see if it works for you.

I launch it with I9-13900K CPU + RTX 4090 64GB.

are you doing any clocking at all on your CPU such as undervolting it in order to reduce heat? Also what manufacture motherboard do you have?

Stop telling people to under clock their CPUs lol. Just download Processlasso and force the affinity to not use the e-cores and problem solved. This works for other games as well.
