Ok… so found the optimal release date and here’s why:

Ok so we know how a The AKM Christmas gift wrap skin has been in the game from alpha to all betas. Well it’s been clear to most for thoses who played in betas and new of the skins existence that it would not of made sense for that type of skin to be there. Leading to my point that that suggests a possible hint around a few days around Christmas Day release.

However of course this would not be possible as the devs would be unable to attend The Finals bugs and other some small and large fixes which could be very important to sort out until 13th of January which is St. Knut's Day in Sweden 🇸🇪( if you don’t know Embark Studios is in Sweden “ungsträdgårdsgatan 16, Stockholm”) . Since the devs will possibly go on break around the 18th of December to be around there family for the Christmas holidays of course some devs may not go on break until abit later however there won’t be a lot of devs left to look after The Finals if anything does go wrong on release .

This would also not be a good call in other ways such as the fact most parents and people would have done there Christmas shopping and so The Finals would have lost its chance to abuse a very profitable month for the game at all really.

Anyway so the game awards is coming on Friday 8th of December at 7:30pm ET/4:30pm PT and well for Sweden it’s the middle of the night however like that should not stop the release of The Finals game at all . Embark devs have already confirmed there on track for 2023 release for The Finals still and have confirmed this on the 28th of November and quite a few times before in fact . So do not expect The Finals to release late or mid December though due holidays etc and so early December is the plan currently however the exact date is unknown it’s pretty clear it’s game awards it coming out. Nexon confirmed that too .

Now I reckon the Finals trailer will release as well as the game “The Finals “ on game awards due to the time given for devs to fix and or maintain the game before they go on break around the 18th for Christmas holidays etc . Like the positives to the release being then are 11 days of devs being able to be patches bugs and small game fixes and large ones etc. another one would be the hype would be over the moon and The Finals will also be peak interest of 2023 without a doubt then too. The Finals will be focus for spending money on for Christmas grifts (cosmetic etc since the game free and all) too giving a nice bonus to Embark .

Embark could also hint at there game “Arc Raiders” offical release date using The Finals hype peak people expectations that game will also be a must play like The Finals 1000% going to be .
