Every game with one is rampant with cheaters but every game with community servers and community bans doesn't have an issue. You can see this with Team Fortress 2 and CSGO, when it was around. Community servers have almost no issue with bots and hackers because the admins and mods just ban them right away. Where as match making is filled with bots and hackers.
Cheater game 1: FCAR players who always hit headshots 65*4 = 260 dmg on medium always...
Cheater game 2: The M pistol all headshot hits of 148 dmg each shot always...
Cheater game 3: And the last game... this H with a Lewis gun snapping on each target pre-firing around walls and kills your entire team with 1 H and 2 M's in 1 clip...
And when you accidentally activate your clicker macro you get booted... lmao...
These players were not using aim assist... they flatout aimbot headshots...
Stock game. No mods. I'm only using TS to do voice with a buddy. Just steam, "The Finals", Easy-Anti-cheat and TS.
The problem is the fight to either let the game get started. Playing and the "A.C." suddenly calls Integrity violation.
I'm attacking it and their choice because some times I can play the game with almost zero issues. While other days for example yesterday lots of issues.
I've done the following:
* Check game for violations = Clean
* Scanned with AV for other issues = Clean
* Ran SFC /scannow = clean
The constant issues is loading up and getting hit with Integrity violation. Closing and restarting (the game) to load into the game launch your first match and poof, Integrity violation. Dump back to the match making window.
This will go on to varying degrees until it stops. Once it stops you can get a good session in. My partner when we que goes through the exact same stuff, fresh build, fresh drivers, TS, no mods or hacks (I guess we have to clarify hacks too) and now its double your fun.
Considering the issues with the new "A.C." in the forums I am hoping at least they will hopefully fix it so play is bit more stable than it is now. We struggled for 30 minutes yesterday. Made no changes to our systems and it suddenly let us in and play.
**Note: I don't like using mods. I know how they are created.
I've noticed it too. Several teams were either immune to bullets or were born in the Matrix. I've also noticed people getting 1 shot 1 kill with certain weapons at full health. The game engine performance seems to be pretty stable but I've noticed every so often a team will generate lag.
I use to think it was me. I only use this rig for gaming. I could try the Ally and see if it kicks it. But that has alot more running than my desktop. More things for it to get hung up on.
Then explain cod? Because they use Anti-cheat software that at least doesn't bump you out of the game. Not sure how effective it was but its a lot harder to catch people walk hacking or aim boting from long distances.
While I believe Steam can urg or tell you need to enable anti-cheating I'm pretty sure they can't force you into a specific brand or how to handle the bugs. I'm not asking them to dump Anti-cheating. I'm asking them to get something that actually works.
Easy anti-cheat has a pretty bad history.
