I have no trouble believing this. I haven't seen many hackers, but once you've seen a few guys skate through a match without getting kicked, you get the feeling there's probably a ton of them. I wish the video had more views, then maybe the devs would take it seriously.

Some console players may legit just be ignorant of it because they have no idea what the weapons actually behave like. Ie. if you've only ever felt how it is with control aim assist, they may not realize that it isn't actually possible for a human being to turn the Lewis into a laser beam, for example.

I sadly guess it's dead tough to get rid off on PC due to the fact that playing games on a controller is a viable option and obviously you need drivers for any peripheral to work. The cheat desribed by ItsJustSneaky is probably acting like an input driver.

But how's the player base disabling crossplay? Do you get really long waiting times for matchmaking? I once turned off crossplay in Rocket League on a Switch and that gave queues for 20 minutes which in turn is unplayable. Anyhow multiplayer games are best with a good friends-list so stick to what works for you.

Basically your journey goes: Do as well as you normally would > SBMM up to where every controller player knows how to fully abuse controller ADS snapping > turn crossplay off > do as well as you normally would > SBMM up to where every PC player is either using a controller for the AA or reWASD.

almost everyone is using Recoil mods and aim mods in order to play online, since nobody wants to learn to get gud anymore. and then they brag about being pros. despite they have to use something to help them play the game. its a widespread problem and game devs are pretty much giving up at life, by not cracking down on it by doing Operating System ID bans.
