These people are pathetic. Imagine ruining all sense of reward from a FPS game by cheating.
In fact, I noticed a few times I got iced pretty quick ( i assume a head shot multiples times in a row within a second lol while i was moving mind you lol ) and thus I knew they had some sort of aim assist active (whether they were a console player or a PC player with chronus or a controller i don't know because the devs haven't been bothered to include that information)
But it still sucks when a player for example uses a zip line and manages to take out more than a quarter of my health while zipping along it lol. like wtf is that?!
I am still having fun mind you but I would hope they do some sort of kill cam feature like other games so we can review our kills to see not only what we may of done wrong but also to review and inspect what the other player did (if anything they did is suspect we can report it to the devs) why they dont have a kill cam is beyond me.
In The Finals, a lot of engagements allow for enough time for players to react, evade, and return fire. AA trumps human reaction time by a lot, so where kbm players have to anticipate their opponents' movements once they start dodging around and shooting back, controller can cheese the AA to continue to land every hit.
The higher the SBMM, the more frequently you see this at play to the point that I finally just disabled cross play and the difference is night and day. What games really oughta do is input-based matchmaking (which would also ♥♥♥♥ hardware emulators).
