Aim assist on PC...what a complete joke

I turned off cross-play, meaning I want to play with only PC players which I assume are also using m+kb. Nope. Just plug a controller in and use the super strong aim assist built into the game. How is this a thing?

Apex, fortnite, halo, cod

Just play CS2, valorant, tarkov or Arma if you want a real mouse game

You won't ever get an arcade shooter that isn't kinda casual.

Now days people want to feel like they achieve something without putting in the countless hours to do so.
Sadly it is not going to change, also the amount of hacks used by people now days is a way more then back in the day.
Honestly I kind of gave up on the competitive FPS genre, at this point its just a meme.

I tried it too! It's actually pretty cool that it works. And the auto aim keeps me from being decimated. I still prefer KB/M but sometimes I like to lie down or lean back and prop my feet up.

Can't do those 180 turns on controller. It's why Vehicles are busted on Keyboard and Mouse and destroy controller users in Halo. You can even use that to make the falcon fly faster than controller and make Banshee bombs way more annoying. A stunned controller user in The Finals is easier to kill than a stunned Mouse and Keyboard.

Halo is at its core a console game, getting mad at that is pointless, the others I agree
