And no, I don't play Light in ranked.
But the light can go invisible and stun a heavy for pretty much a guaranteed kill. Lets not pretend after the last balance patch that they didn't over do light class, you can tell by the team composition in nearly every game.
You can 2-shot a heavy if you land every pellet, which isn't a sure thing. The combo is probably being abused by aimbots trying to be more subtle about it because it's harder to tell if they're cheating or if they just always manage to perfectly land both shots on sporadically moving targets. Also controller aim assist with this would be super powerful since your target starts off not evading you.
I used to main light, now I main heavy. Light was and still is substantially easier, especially post patch.
The CD means nothing when a team of three roll with it, which is basically every game lol
