you all sit here and say the same ♥♥♥♥ (skill issue, dont get team wiped, etc). NO, you are missing the point, if you have BAD teammates it is not your fault, if you are against a cheater which 6 times out of 10 in ranked games you ARE, it once again isnt your fault. The respawn times are extremely slow
they announce it so the other team who isnt attacking an objective will attack the solo player to team wipe so they dont get third partied... wdym
If you have bad teammates you play more conservatively knowing you'll get 1v3'd.
Let me respawn to die from aimbots faster is a bonkers take... If there's a cheater there, you're only winning if you get lucky and someone else ganks them from behind already.
Anyway, @you and @OP, the spawns are long so people can actually cap. If every team respawns in a few seconds in a mode like Quick Cash, no one will ever steal it, the win will just go to whoever put the vault in first. Team Wipe is an extra penalty on top to stop a team from just cycling out players, especially in Quick Play where there's no coin limit (player 1 dies, player 2 dies 5 seconds later, player 1 is already back on the field by the time player 3 dies, and the game just never moves forward).
And if you're worried that your team's going to suck, hang back and don't play Heavy. Make sure you're the last person to die, not the first, and you won't have to worry about Team Wipes. Especially if you're on Light, you don't HAVE to move in side-by-side with your team.
(Keep in mind, though, causing your own team wipe is sometimes a good idea. If your team is down on tokens, that's the only way to get them back besides a manual revive, which is sometimes impossible. It also forces your team to spawn together, which stops everyone from being scattered around the map.)
i run into so many cheaters in quick play it isnt funny, plus my friends are saying the same things.
you opinions are valid and i understand, however compared to beta to full release, medium classes and heavy classes feel like they move slower and do less damage, I remember in the betas the heavy class was supposed to be taken seriously and everyone focuses fire on them to eliminate them, but now its like the light class can shred though you and destroy you before you even do half the damage required to kill them. The team play is an important thing but when I die and watch teammates literally standing there and doing NOTHING to go to the objective... whats the point? Plus everyone leaving over being killed and not winning the game, the devs need to implement soft punishments for leaving. I dont have any REAL problems with the game, it feels fun and fluid, its just team balancing and SBMM sucks ass and to people saying "get friends", that doesnt help for anti social people and people who just want to play a free to play game, plus not everyone wants to play the same game at times if you are in a call with friends... so, thats not the players fault
