What's funny is that running in 1440p or 1080p doesn't seem to affect FPS which clearly proves it's not an hardware issue but software side.
Game seems fun but i can't enjoy it at the moment, playing 90fps on a 2K 180hz monitor gives me motion sickness.
Even warzone runs at higher FPS taking in account it's the worst optimized PC game ever.
Not having an issue personally. AMD 6900XT and AMD 5700x 1440P. Epic settings, but global illumination set to static. FSR2 quality upscaling. I get 150+ FPS. CPU utilization 80+ percent. GPU 90+ percent.
No throttole, stable 70° (which is more than ok for a 5800x) on cpu and 40 on gpu. i already put static on illumination and using dlss on ultra performance.
My CPU got max 40% usage from what i can see
Also I played about 40h and had just one crash. Did you check the temperature?
1: the game will always be hard to run because of how advanced the physics are and how heavy it is on the CPU
2: optimization updates are possible but they won't just make the game butter smooth all of the sudden
3: the game is surprisingly well balanced for a release
4: Embark is not the problem behind the anti cheat, they are running of EAC and EAC has been easier and easier to avoid in the past few years
5: you are crashing 100% because of your temps or dog PSU
6: Fortnite is easier to run because it has no physics involved, the game is *almost* 100% run by your GPU
